Dec 23, 2024 - Notice from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) seeking comments on a new matching program between the CMS and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) titled "Verification of Household Income and Family Size for Insurance Affordability Programs and Exemptions." This matching program will provide CMS with IRS federal tax information, which CMS and state-based administering entities will use to verify household income and family size for applicants and enrollees receiving eligibility determinations and redeterminations for benefits under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA). Comments are due by January 22, 2025.

Dec 23, 2024 - Notice from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) seeking comments on a request for information to inform the development of the Child Nutrition Programs Tribal Pilot Projects, as authorized in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024. Section 758 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024, provided $2 million for pilot projects that will permit Tribes and/or Tribal organizations to administer Child Nutrition Programs, assuming the roles and responsibilities typically held by State agencies. Comments are due by March 24, 2025.
