Arizona Vitalyst Health Foundation Spark Grants
One year grants to support collaborations in the journey to address systemic change in Arizona.

Rural Health Fellows Leadership Program
A year-long, intensive fellowship program designed to develop a community of rural health leaders that will lead in their fields, articulate a compelling vision for rural America, and influence health policy at the local, state, and national levels.

Community-Led Momentum Grants

A fellowship program designed to develop the capacity of mid-career health professionals and behavioral and social scientists with an interest in health and healthcare policy. Individuals with unique perspectives are strongly encouraged to apply, and the foundation has an interest in rural.

Alliant Digital Opportunity Grants
Grants to help bring Internet access and adoption, device placement, and digital skills training to communities across the United States, including rural and other under resourced communities.

CareQuest Philanthropy: Grants in Oral Health

Claude Worthington Benedum Foundation Grants
Grants for organizations working in West Virginia and southwestern Pennsylvania in the areas of health, education, economic development, and community development.

Community Heart & Soul Planning, Technical Assistance, and Seed Grant Program
Community Heart & Soul is a community development process that engages residents in identifying what matters most to the community and how to build lasting change. Activities and objectives are determined by communities, and projects have included volunteerism, healthcare access, social programs, transportation, broadband, and emergency preparedness, among others. Seed grants are offered to qualifying small cities and towns interested in implementing the Heart & Soul model.
