Community-Led Momentum Grants
Support for community-driven efforts to implement new public and community health strategies, develop innovative programs and resources to advance Wisconsin's current or future health workforce, and carry out novel efforts to inform policy and practice to advance health in Wisconsin. Successful projects will engage a collaborative team of community and Medical College of Wisconsin partners to demonstrate impact on the community-identified health need during the project period.

National Indian Health Outreach and Education (NIHOE) Program
Funding for a single entity to provide outreach and education with a focus on improving Indian healthcare, promoting awareness, visibility, training, technical assistance, and education.

Robert Wood Johnson Health Policy Fellows
A fellowship program designed to develop the capacity of mid-career health professionals and behavioral and social scientists with an interest in health and healthcare policy. Individuals with unique perspectives are strongly encouraged to apply, and the foundation has an interest in rural.

Emergency Medicine Foundation Pilot Research Grant
Funding for pilot projects that impact emergency care research and are intended for a broad audience, including clinical, translational, and basic science researchers. One of the program priorities is research focused on rural and underserved areas.

Native American Congressional Internship
A summer internship for Native American and Alaska Native students who wish to learn more about the federal government and issues affecting tribal and federal relationships.

Arizona Vitalyst Health Foundation Spark Grants
One year grants to support collaborations in the journey to address systemic change in Arizona.

Scholarships for Native American and Alaska Native undergraduate students pursuing careers related to tribal public policy, native healthcare, and the environment.

Alliant Digital Opportunity Grants
Grants to help bring Internet access and adoption, device placement, and digital skills training to communities across the United States, including rural and other under resourced communities.

CareQuest Philanthropy: Grants in Oral Health
Funding for projects that promote access to the oral health system. Priority populations include rural communities, people with disabilities, and older adults, among others.
