Describes projects that were funded through USDA Rural Development's Community Facilities Program, which supports essential infrastructure and services for public use (including healthcare, education, public safety, and public services) in rural areas of 20,000 in population or less. Projects were granted in every state, plus Puerto Rico, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, and American Samoa.
