Council on HIV/AIDS (PACHA). Includes 2016 and 2017 data on
new HIV diagnoses in the U.S. and territories most affected
by the epidemic: 48 counties with 50% of the new HIV
diagnoses, 7 states with disproportionate HIV diagnoses
located in rural areas, the District of Columbia, and San
Juan, Puerto Rico. Discusses the implementation plan that
includes a focus on working in rural, and other, areas with
high incidences of HIV.
