Purpose

Rural Collaborative Opportunities for Occupational Learning in Health (R-COOL-Health) Scrubs Academy offers a 4-day residential camp for North Dakota students who have completed grades 6, 7, or 8 and who are interested in pursuing healthcare careers.

Students participate in hands-on activities and receive information relating to a variety of healthcare professions.

The 9th annual R-COOL-Health Scrubs Academy will take place June 24-27, 2019 on the the University of North Dakota Campus in Grand Forks.
Eligibility

North Dakota middle school students who have completed grades 6, 7, or 8.

Amount of funding

The cost to attend this program is $200 per student. No student is ever turned away based on inability to pay the registration fee.
