Appalachian Investments Supporting Partnerships In Recovery Ecosystems (INSPIRE) Initiative
Funding to assist in moving individuals in the Appalachian region from substance use disorder treatment to recovery to employment, with a focus on support services that enable and support individual successful entry or reentry into the workforce.

Funding for the purchase of emergency response equipment for volunteer fire, rescue, and ambulance departments in rural parts of Compeer Financial's service area.

Veterans Affairs Specialty Education Loan Repayment Program (SELRP)
Loan repayment assistance for recent graduates of an accredited medical or osteopathic school who are currently enrolled or matched to a residency specialty identified as a shortage by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. A minimum service obligation of 24 months is required.

Native American Agriculture Fund Grants
Grants to support Native American farmers and ranchers, with special emphasis on traditional foods, food sovereignty programs, lending, youth programming, and climate resilience.

Tennessee Perinatal Telehealth
Grants to develop or expand innovative perinatal telehealth models that strengthen Tennessee's maternal health system, reduce gaps in access to specialty obstetrical care, and support a more coordinated statewide approach to high-risk perinatal services.
