Telehealth Focused Rural Health Research Center Cooperative Agreement
The Telehealth Focused Rural Health Research Center Cooperative Agreement will award funding to operate a telehealth focused research center which will work to assist rural health providers and governmental decision makers by increasing the amount of policy-relevant telehealth related research.
The awardee will provide information that includes, but is not limited to the impact of telehealth services in rural and underserved communities on:
- Access to healthcare
- Population health
- Healthcare spending (both for payers and for the patients receiving the services)
- Quality of care
- Home health
- Clinical delivery of care
All domestic public and private entities, nonprofit and for-profit, are eligible to apply. Eligible entities may include, but are not limited to, public and private institutions for higher education, public or private health research organizations, and foundations.
Award ceiling: $750,000 per year
Number of awards: 1 Project period: 4 years
