Purpose

The 3RNET Recruiting for Retention Academy includes:

  • Access to webinars featuring national experts on rural recruiting and retention
  • Portal to gain access to the webinar recordings and materials
  • Ability to ask questions of other Academy attendees and 3RNET members via the Academy listserv
  • A certificate of completion for those who attend and complete

Sessions will take place at 1:30 p.m. Central and are expected to last 75-90 minutes on the following dates:

  1. October 7, 2025 - Keys to Successful Recruiting for Retention: Innovative Tools and Resources to Streamline Processes​
  2. October 21, 2025 - Keys for Recruitment Planning and Preparation: Setting Up for Success
  3. November 4, 2025 - Keys for Competitive Marketing and Sourcing: Compelling Messages, Cautionary Jargon, and Sourcing Solutions
  4. November 18, 2025 - Keys for Successful Matching and Committing: Improving Candidate Response and Maximizing AI Capabilities
  5. December 2, 2025 - Keys for Retention: Fostering Fairness, Transparency, and a Sense of Belonging
  6. December 16, 2025 - Keys From the Field: First, Next, Forever Success Stories and Tips on Getting Results
Eligibility

The Academy is designed for safety net facility employees (Federally Qualified Health Centers, Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics, and others) such as:

  • Recruiters
  • Human Resources
  • Medical Directors
  • Chief Financial Officers
  • Chief Executive Officers

The program is open to anyone with an interest in rural recruitment and retention.

The registration cost is $500.

Application process

Complete the online registration form.

There is no registration deadline. The webinar series begins on October 7, 2025; however, participants can register at any time as the sessions are recorded and available to view on the Academy website.
