Wisconsin Broadband Expansion Grants will provide funding for the construction of broadband infrastructure to improve communications services in underserved areas of the state. Among other things, applicants must demonstrate how the proposed project will affect access to healthcare services and educational opportunities.
Eligible applicants are organizations, telecommunications utilities, cities, villages, towns, or counties that have established a legal partnership or joint venture arrangement with an otherwise qualified organization or telecommunications utility.
