The NOSORH Rural Health Data Institute is a web-based training for individuals who work with rural health data. The program consists of 8 webinars, supplemental reading, homework assignments, session surveys, and a final assignment.

Webinars will be every other Wednesday from October 31, 2018 to February 20, 2019, from 2:00 – 3:30 p.m. Eastern. Sessions include:

  • November 28, 2018
    Collecting Data: Part 2
  • December 12, 2018
    Cleaning Data and Analyzing: Part 1
  • January 9, 2019
    Analyzing: Part 2 and Interpreting
  • January 23, 2019
    Crafting a Message
  • February 6, 2019
    Communicating Data
  • February 20, 2019
    Putting it All Together

Participants are rural health professionals which may include clinical, administrative, and academic personnel.

Amount of funding

The cost to participate is $500. Class size is limited to 30 participants.

When 4 participants from the same organization register at the same time, the 5th participant is free.
