Purpose

This program provides a tax credit for eligible primary care professionals working in underserved areas of Maine.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are primary care professionals working in underserved areas of Maine, including:

  • Advanced practice registered nurses
  • Physicians
  • Physician assistants
  • Registered nurses

Amount of funding

Tax credit amounts are not stated. Credit will be awarded to up to 10 eligible primary care professionals.
