The National Indian Health Board is offering an opportunity for federally recognized tribes, tribal organizations, and tribal health consortia to sponsor a student or students enrolled in a dental therapy education program during the 2023-2024 academic year.
Applicants must be a federally recognized tribe, tribal organization, tribal consortium, or tribal health organization.
Individual students enrolled in a dental therapy program are strongly encouraged to work with a sponsoring entity to submit an application.
Award amount: $10,000
Estimated number of awards: 6
Complete the application form and email to Dawn Landon with "Dental Therapy Student Sponsorship Fund" in the subject line.
Applicants wishing to sponsor more than one student are asked to submit a single application combining the requested information for all sponsored students.
