The Utah Department of Health provides grants for improving the statewide delivery of emergency medical services in Utah with a focus on rural areas.
Licensed ground ambulance providers may request funding for the purchase of equipment and/or vehicles and for the recruitment, training, and retention of EMS providers.
Licensed ground ambulance providers in Utah are eligible to apply.
Award amounts are not specified. The maximum grant for equipment or vehicle purchases is $100,000.
