The Rural Medical Training Collaborative (RMTC) is offering a training, networking, and peer learning community for program, associate program, and site directors of rural residency programs, training tracks, and pathways.
The program consists of 8, one hour monthly virtual meetings. The first session will be September 9, 2026 from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Central. The subsequent sessions will the held the second Wednesday of each month.
Topics include:
- Rural GME finance
- Struggling learners
- Community responsive curriculum development
- Recruiting for rural
- Conflict in small programs
- Governance
Eligible applicants include program, associate program, and site directors from rural medical training programs.
The registration cost is $250 for participating members within RMTC and $500 for non-members.
