Purpose

The Dr. William Merrill Scholarship is a need-based award to an underrepresented medical student who is enrolled in an accredited medical school for the 2022-2023 academic year. Priority is given to applicants that have an interest in healthcare issues that impact rural populations.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are underrepresented medical students who are enrolled in an accredited medical school for the 2022-2023 academic year.
