Purpose

This program provides Funding to strengthen the quality, performance, and infrastructure of tribal public health systems, including workforce, data, information systems, programs, and services. The overall goal is to improve public health outcomes and health inequities.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are federally recognized tribal governments, nongovernmental organizations, and American Indian/Alaska native tribally designated organizations.
