Purpose

The Economic Justice Partnership Fund (EJP Fund) provides flexible loan funds for small and medium sized Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) that have difficulty accessing sufficient capital for larger transactions.

Funds may be used for acquisition, construction, and mini-permanent loans for affordable housing and community facilities supporting low- to moderate-income communities. The focus is on smaller CDFIs, minority-led borrowers, projects in rural areas, and projects on native lands.
