Utah Department of Agriculture and Food and Utah State University Extension offer the Ag Stress Assistance and Ag Wellness Programs. The programs provide education, mental health assistance, and other resources designed to help Utah agricultural producers and their families to manage stress.
Assistance includes:
- Articles and other resources focusing on personal, marriage, family, community, and financial wellness
- Podcasts
- Online courses
- Mental and behavioral healthcare vouchers
- Question and answer service
Resources are designed for agricultural producers and their families in the state of Utah.
Courses and resources are available at no cost.
Vouchers are available for up to $2,000 in mental/behavioral healthcare per person.
