Indigenous Pink Champions Micro-Grants

The American Indian Cancer Foundation will provide micro-grants for tribal clinics to host an Indigenous Pink event during the month of October.
Events should raise awareness of breast cancer, which is the most common cancer among native women and the second leading cause of cancer death. The goal is to educate native communities about the importance of early detection, and remind women, men, non-binary, and gender fluid relatives to talk to their doctors about breast cancer screening.
Eligible applicants include:
- Indian Health Service facilities
- Tribal clinics
- Urban Indian health programs
- Community centers
- Tribal health departments
- Other tribal health clinics
