The Kentucky EMS Leadership Academy is a 6 month educational opportunity designed to provide members of the emergency medical services (EMS) profession in Kentucky with the knowledge and skills necessary to take on significant roles and responsibilities in organizations.
Participation includes:
- A series of interactive educational sessions and discussions with national experts on trending topics in the field (Sessions will be both face-to-face and virtual formats.)
- One-on-one mentoring sessions with a veteran EMS administrator
- One-on-one personal and professional development coaching sessions with a career coach
- Completion of a group project focused on a key issue in the EMS field
Participation in the academy is open to all EMS professionals working throughout Kentucky.
There is no cost to participate in the academy. Graduates will receive continuing education credits.
Academy graduates will receive a scholarship to cover the registration fee to attend the 2025 Kentucky EMS Conference and Expo.

Classes run between January 2025 and June 2025. The class will remain open until filled.
