Purpose

The Kentucky EMS Leadership Academy is a multi-month educational opportunity designed to provide members of the emergency medical services (EMS) profession in Kentucky with the knowledge and skills necessary to take on significant roles and responsibilities in organizations.

Participants in the Executive Track will take part in webinars, in-person sessions, and networking opportunities while exploring topics such as leadership development, workforce retention, communication, organizational culture, finance, compliance, and strategic planning.

Eligibility

The Executive Track is designed for current and emerging EMS leaders who want to strengthen their leadership skills and expand their understanding of the issues facing the EMS profession.
