Purpose

Vitalyst Health Foundation and partners will provide technical assistance and capacity building resources for community-based leaders, organizations, and coalitions working to improve the health of communities across Arizona.

Assistance may be provided for nonprofits focused on any of the elements of a healthy community, including:

  • Access to healthcare and coverage
  • Affordable housing quality
  • Community safety
  • Food security
  • Healthy community design
  • Parks and recreational opportunities
  • Economic opportunity
  • Educational opportunity
  • Environmental quality
  • Social and cultural cohesion
  • Social justice
  • Transportation
  • Tribal communities

Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations in Arizona.
