Purpose

Quest for Rural Experience Scholarships are awards for healthcare students to assist with costs of completing a rotation in a Rural Health Clinic.

Awards are provided directly to students to assist in covering various expenses they may incur during their rotations, including housing, transportation, and other educational expenses.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are health professions students who are interested in a rotation at a CMS Certified Rural Health Clinic.

Awardees must agree to complete a written evaluation of the experience at the conclusion of rotation.

Scholarships are $3,000.

NARHC REF intends to award 4 scholarships in Fall 2025.
