Purpose
The American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM) is offering a 50% savings on Lifestyle Medicine Certification for primary care providers working in Federally Qualified Health Centers across the United States.

The goal is to help build a nationwide lifestyle medicine-trained workforce, equipping clinicians with the skills to treat chronic disease and transform patient care by implementing lifestyle medicine in their practices.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are primary care providers (MD/DO/NP/PA) working in Federally Qualified Health Centers across the United States.

Amount of funding

The scholarship covers 50% of the costs for the required lifestyle medicine certification prerequisites and the certification exam fees.

  • LM2025 Virtual Conference Registration Nov 16 – 19, 2025 with CME/CE access through Dec 31, 2025 (Retail price: $949)
  • Foundations of Lifestyle Medicine Board Review Course (Retail price: $899)
  • BLM Board Exam Certification (Retail price: $1,299-$1,499)
