Funding for a single entity to identify and support 3 demonstration sites through intensive technical assistance and training, as well as provide universal technical assistance to the Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting and Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Programs. A significant focus of the program is on improving early identification of and intervention for families, with children ages birth to 3, who have experienced or are at-risk for adverse childhood experiences, maternal depression, other mental health issues, substance use disorders including opioid use, as well as other factors that lead to poor health and social outcomes for rural families.

Rural Health Clinic Policy and Clinical Assessment Program Inactive
Funding to a single organization that will work to identify key policy, regulatory, and clinical challenges facing Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and identify possible solutions. The awardee will work to inform RHCs and other rural stakeholders about key RHC issues, including regulatory and programmatic changes that affect care delivery.
