Grants for healthcare networks in rural areas to address gaps in service, enhance systems of care, and expand capacity of the local healthcare system. The purpose of this program is to support rural integrated healthcare networks that have combined the functions of the entities participating in the network in order to achieve efficiencies; expand access to, coordinate, and improve the quality of essential healthcare services; and strengthen the rural healthcare system as a whole.

Geriatrics Academic Career Award Program Inactive

Healthy Lifestyles in Youth Project Inactive
Funding to a single entity to promote healthy lifestyle development, nutrition, and physical activity for American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) children and youth ages 7-11. The grantee will provide technical assistance and training to selected Native Boys and Girls Clubs to develop health and wellness programs that include the Together Raising Awareness for Indian Life (TRAIL) curriculum.

Native Hawaiian Resource Center on Domestic Violence Inactive
Funding to a single entity to establish and maintain a Native Hawaiian Resource Center on Domestic Violence (NHRCDV). The NHRCDV will provide technical assistance and training resources for Native Hawaiian-serving organizations to enhance their capacity to respond to domestic violence, including Native Hawaiian communities and programs in areas that are geographically isolated where community-level involvement is necessary.
