Aug 8, 2024 - The U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Rural Business-Cooperative Service invites applications for the Intermediary Relending Program (IRP) for fiscal year 2025. IRP provides direct loans to intermediaries for the establishment of revolving loan programs for the purpose of providing loans to ultimate recipients for business facilities and community developments in rural areas. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis and compete for available funds on a quarterly basis.

Jul 29, 2024 - Announcement from the United States Department of Agriculture's Rural Housing Service of up to $38 million in grant funding available through its Community Facilities Program (CF). Grants will be provided to eligible applicants to repair essential community facilities damaged by Presidentially Declared Disasters and other disasters in Calendar Year (CY) 2023. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis beginning July 29, 2024, until funds are expended.
