South Carolina Rural Infrastructure Authority Grants
Grants for the development of infrastructure that protects public health and increases the capacity for economic growth in rural areas of South Carolina.

Utah Rural Communities Opportunity Grant
Grants for economic development planning, projects, and activities in rural communities in Utah.

Rural Community Grant Fund
Grants to fund infrastructure improvement and development initiatives for housing projects; health, safety, and environmental programs; medical facilities; and educational programs.

Appalachian Region Business Builder Subawards
Grants to support projects focused on meeting regional needs and increasing capacity among food and farm businesses working toward expansion in local and regional food markets in the Appalachian region. Eligible projects include planning, implementation, and expansion in the areas of food safety, worker safety improvements, infrastructure, food access, and business development.

Small Ambulatory Program for American Indians and Alaska Natives
Funding to construct, expand, and/or modernize tribal owned small ambulatory healthcare facilities. Facilities must serve American Indian and Alaska Natives and be operated pursuant to a healthcare services contract or compact entered into under the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.

Public Transportation on Indian Reservations Program: Tribal Transit Program
Funding to support planning, capital, and operating assistance for tribal public transit services. Among other things, this funding supports partnerships working to expand access to health, medical, and social service providers.

Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund Grants
Grants to eligible agencies to capitalize a revolving loan fund that will provide loans and subgrants to eligible entities to carry out cleanup activities at brownfield sites contaminated with hazardous substances and/or petroleum. The program has a focus on areas historically affected by economic disinvestment, health disparities, and environmental contamination.

Continuum of Care (CoC) Builds
Funding to address and reduce the number of persons experiencing homelessness by adding new units of permanent supportive housing (PSH) through new construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation. Applications from rural and tribal communities are encouraged.

California Tribal Homekey Program
Funding to sustain and rapidly expand housing for households experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness and who are impacted by or at increased risk for medical diseases or conditions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Grants are focused on tribal households in California.
