May 5, 2023 - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking nominations for membership on the Advisory Committee to the Director (ACD). The ACD consists of up to 15 experts knowledgeable in areas pertinent to the CDC mission, including public health, global health, health disparities, biomedical research, and public health disciplines. Nominations are due by June 5, 2023.

May 5, 2023 - The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is seeking nominations of qualified candidates to serve as members of the Advisory Committee on Interdisciplinary, Community-Based Linkages (ACICBL). The ACICBL provides advice and recommendations to the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) concerning policy and program development related to activities under the Public Health Service (PHS) Act, including Area Health Education Centers, geriatrics, mental and behavioral health, social work, graduate psychology, rural health, and pharmacy. Nominations are due by June 30, 2023.

May 1, 2023 - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking nominations for the Healthcare Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC). HICPAC is charged with advising the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and CDC regarding the practice of infection control and strategies for surveillance, prevention, and control of healthcare-associated infections, antimicrobial resistance, and related events in settings where healthcare is provided. Nominations are due by September 29, 2023.

Apr 21, 2023 - The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration is seeking nominations for 5 non-voting liaison representatives to serve on the subcommittee of the Advisory Committee for Women's Services (ACWS) focused on maternal mental health. SAMHSA will give close attention to equitable geographic distribution of members and give priority to non-profit organizations that operate within the United States and have membership with demonstrated expertise in maternal mental health and related research, clinical services, or advocacy and outreach on issues concerning maternal mental health. Nominations are due May 31, 2023.

Apr 17, 2023 - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking nominations for the CDC/HRSA Advisory Committee on HIV, Viral Hepatitis, and STD Prevention and Treatment (CHACHSPT). The Committee is charged with advising CDC and HRSA on objectives, strategies, policies, and priorities for HIV, viral hepatitis, and other STD prevention and treatment efforts.
