Jun 8, 2018 - The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality is seeking nominations for public members to serve on the National Advisory Council for Healthcare Research and Quality, particularly those with experience in the following areas: 1) conducting research, demonstration projects, and evaluations with respect to healthcare; 2) the fields of healthcare quality research or healthcare improvement; 3) the practice of medicine; 4) other health professions; 5) the private healthcare sector (including health plans, providers, and purchasers) or administrators of healthcare delivery systems; 6) the fields of healthcare economics, information systems, law, ethics, business, or public policy; and, 7) representing the interests of patients and consumers of healthcare. Nominations are due 60 days from publication of this notice.
