Identifies high-risk counties in Arkansas for colorectal, cervical, and female breast cancer using 2009-2013 data to help target areas for cancer screening in order to improve early cancer detection and reduce deaths. Estimates expected cases using state demographics, rather than an age-specific nationwide standard.
