Intent-to-Treat Analysis of a Simultaneous Multisite Telehealth Diabetes Prevention Program

Description
Demonstrates the effectiveness of a 16-week diabetes prevention program (DPP) administered to 15 rural Montana communities using telehealth technology from a single urban medical site. Compares the findings with a concurrent study of a single urban face-to-face DPP intervention.
