Results of a study to investigate the distribution and clusters of myocardial infarction mortality risk in Florida and to assess temporal changes in geographic disparities in these risks from 2000-2014. Compares mortality rates in rural and urban areas, and includes a county-level map with shadings for rural and urban locations.
