Observational Study of the Distribution and Diversity of Interventional Pain Procedures Among Hospitals in the State of Iowa

Examines the diversity of interventional pain procedures offered by small and large hospitals using 2012-2017 data from hospital-owned facilities in the state of Iowa. Discusses the role of Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs) in pain management, their diversity of pain procedures, and if these procedures are performed by a few clinicians, or by the cumulative activity of many clinicians.
