Examines collaborative networks and referrals to understand how cancer control and prevention service areas are connected in rural areas. Provides responses from 152 multisector networks that address cancer risk in Missouri and Illinois such as community partners, health departments and facilities, schools, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and more. Discusses collaborations such as exchanging information, promoting services and programs, development or resources and services, among other themes.
