Provides data on frequency of experiencing various offer situations, and identifies cultural and environmental factors influencing acceptance of offers to use e-cigarettes. Discusses implications for e-cigarette prevention among rural Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander (NHPI) youth in rural areas.
