rural Colorado communities. Provides examples of innovative
programs and uses rural-relevant statistics and
illustrations to highlight three main areas of interest:
poverty, limited healthy options, and limited access to
care. Includes county-level health and population-related
statistics for all 64 counties in Colorado.
