Jul 16, 2026 - Karen Madden of the New York State Department of Health's Center for Health Care Policy and Resource Development has won the 2026 Calico Quality Leadership Award. The award is given annually to a rural health leader by the National Rural Health Resource Center's Technical Assistance & Services Center.
