Purpose

Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation Grand Slam Awards support nonprofit organizations in Arizona that focus on indigent healthcare, youth development, homelessness, and other human services. Awards have been given to rural and tribal communities.

Funds are generally awarded for large projects or purchases that increase the capacity or efficiency for the non-profit operation and should have a direct impact on the clients served.

Eligibility

All 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations in Arizona are welcome to apply for funding; however, priority is given to organizations that fall under the Diamondbacks Foundations' focus areas.
