Purpose

The Indian Health Grant Program helps eligible applicants establish, operate, or subsidize clinic facilities and services to offer health services to American Indians who do not live within the jurisdiction of a tribal nation.

Eligibility

Eligible entities include nonprofit organizations, governmental, or tribal entities providing clinical health services to American Indians who do not live within the jurisdiction of a tribal nation. Preference is given to nonprofit organizations created for and specifically serving American Indians.
