Colorado Rural Health Seed Grants offer matching funds for projects or programs that provide healthcare services in Colorado by providing information, education, linkages, tools, and energy toward addressing rural healthcare issues.
Historically, projects have included, but have not been limited to:
- A portion of the startup costs for a new service or program
- Startup costs for a wellness program
- Equipment for a clinic or ambulance
The applicant must be in a rural area and be a current organizational member of the Colorado Rural Health Center.
Up to $1,000.
Applicants must demonstrate a 1:1 match of the amount requested.
