Telehealth Resource Center Grant Program

The purpose of the Telehealth Resource Center Grant Program (TRCGP) is to support the establishment and development of Telehealth Resource Centers (TRCs) that will provide technical assistance to health care organizations, health care networks, and health care providers in the implementation of cost-effective telehealth programs to serve rural and medically underserved areas and populations.
This funding cycle will support up to twelve Regional Telehealth Resource Centers (RTRC). RTRCs will serve as focal points for advancing the effective use of telehealth technologies in their respective communities and States.
This FOA will also fund two National TRCs (NTRCs), one that will focus on policy issues and one that focus on technical issues. Both will have a national focus and must demonstrate a high level of experience and knowledge of their respective areas.
Only nonprofit entities, including faith-based, community-based, and tribal nonprofit organizations, are eligible to apply.
Total Funding Available: $4,550,000 annually
Estimated Number of Awards: up to 12 regional grants and up to two national grants
Award Ceiling: Up to $325,000 per year
