Purpose

The Direct Business Loan (DBL) Program provides loans to small businesses in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana, including healthcare-related businesses, to be used for working capital, inventory, and equipment.

Eligibility

New and existing small businesses operating in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Montana are eligible to apply.

Loan maximum: $75,000
Loan minimum: $1,000
