Whole Foods Market Foundation School Garden Grant Program
Whole Foods Market Garden Grant Program offers funding for the planning, construction, and operation of edible garden projects for K-12 schools and nonprofit organizations that engage children in grades K-12.
Priority is given to applicants who serve a majority of students who are under-resourced.
Applications will be accepted from:
- Charter and public schools
- Tribally controlled and Bureau of Indian Education schools
- Nonprofit private schools
- School districts
- Nonprofit organizations supporting a garden at a public or private school
Applicants must:
- Have or plan to have a garden located at a school
- Engage at least 10, K-12 children on a regular basis in garden programming
- Be growing edible plants
- Be located in the United States, territories, or Canada
Up to $3,500
