Purpose

The South Carolina Revolving Loan Program offers loans to rural healthcare facilities and providers in South Carolina for capital funding needs.

Fund uses include, but are not limited to:

  • Renovation of existing facilities
  • New construction
  • Purchasing major medical equipment and technology
  • Debt restructuring
  • Establishing lines of credit
  • Electronic health records
Eligibility

Healthcare facilities and practitioners located in rural areas of South Carolina are eligible.
