Purpose

Delaware Community Foundation Capital Project Grants offer funding to nonprofit organizations for acquisition, final-stage design, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, or other capital improvements of facilities.

The Foundation has supported organizations and programs throughout the state of Delaware that address a wide range of community needs, including, but not limited to, health and human services, the arts, humanities, culture, the environment, housing, and community development.

Eligibility

501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations with projects that benefit the people of Delaware are eligible to apply.

Amount of funding

Capital grants will not exceed $20,000 other than on rare occasions due to their exceptional merits, based on the discretion of the DCF Grants Committee.
