Purpose

The Agnes M. Lindsay Trust Grants provide support for organizations working in one or more of the following categories:

  • Health and welfare: Capital support or projects that benefit individuals with special needs, youth and family service organizations, homeless shelters, food banks, and other groups
  • Dental health: Capital grants to purchase equipment for free dental clinics and dental care that benefits low income and needy populations, including children, families, and the elderly
  • Higher education: Scholarship support to colleges, universities, and secondary schools for students from rural areas.
  • Camperships: Need-based summer camp scholarships for children
  • Homeless Shelters: Capital and operating grants to support the needs of homeless shelters
Eligibility

Applicants must be nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations.

Geographic coverage
Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont
Amount of funding

Grants range between $1,000 - $5,000.

Application process

Applicants must first submit a letter of inquiry to admin@lindsaytrust.org. Selected applicants will be invited to submit a full proposal.
