Purpose

The Rural Health Association of Oklahoma gives annual awards for outstanding service in rural health.

Award categories include:

  • Rural Health Advocate of the Year
  • Rural Health Leader of the Year
  • Rural Health Educator of the Year
  • Rural Physician/Practitioner of the Year
  • Rural Health Hero
  • Excellence in Telehealth
  • Telehealth Policy Leader
  • Telehealth Lifetime Achievement

Awardees will be honored during the Oklahoma Rural Health Conference, which will be held September 30 - October 2, 2026.

Eligibility

Eligible nominees are individuals in Oklahoma that have provided outstanding service in the award categories.
