Colorado Comprecare Fund
The Comprecare Fund provides grants to support community-based projects in Colorado that focus on helping older adults maintain their health through self-help and lifestyle changes. This is a statewide fund, and organizations in rural and urban areas have received funding in the past.
The fund has a broad definition of optimal wellness and will consider any project that addresses wellness.
Grants will be awarded primarily to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Applicants must be located in or serve people living in Colorado. Government agencies may apply if they collaborate with a nonprofit and can demonstrate the community outcomes for seniors in the areas of physical health, good nutrition, and management of chronic health conditions.
Award ceiling: $20,000
Award floor: $7,500
Project period: 1 year
