Purpose
The Minnesota Office of Rural Health and Primary Care provides grants to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and FQHC Look–Alikes operating in Minnesota to continue, expand, and improve services to low–income populations.
Eligibility

Eligible participants include FQHCs and FQHC Look-Alikes operating in Minnesota.

Awards to clinics are calculated using a formula. Based on prior award calculations, most FQHCs qualify for the minimum award, which is $52,880 for FY21.
