New Hampshire Private Practice Dentists State Loan Repayment Program

New Hampshire State Loan Repayment Program offers loan repayment assistance for dentists working in private practice in underserved areas of New Hampshire.
Applicants must agree to a service contract with a commitment to serve a minimum of 15% Medicaid patients for a 3 year term.
Eligible applicants are dentists (DMD or DDS) who are enrolled as a New Hampshire Medicaid provider and practice at a service site located in a Medicaid-defined priority area of New Hampshire.
Up to $75,000 is available to eligible dentists over a 3 year contract. Awards are never larger than the outstanding loan balance.

Applications are accepted year-round and reviewed on a quarterly basis.
