Purpose

The Boettcher Foundation provides responsive grants to organizations in Colorado through two programs:

Community Connections Grants support initiatives or infrastructure projects that strengthen the connections between individuals and organizations.

Rural Catalyst Grants are designed to strengthen the internal capacity of organizations to achieve their goals in the areas of strategic planning, convening, short term staff/contractors, and one-time operating costs.

Eligibility

Community Connections Grants: Nonprofit organizations and governmental entities in Colorado

Rural Catalyst Grants: Nonprofit organizations and governmental entities based in rural Colorado or primarily serve rural Colorado. Organizations should be working in the areas of affordable housing, childcare, hiring and retaining a rural workforce, leadership pipeline and diversification, mental health, and/or strategic collaboration across a region or multiple communities.
